If your house sign has not yet reached the casting stage, we may still be able to cancel your order for you. Please click here to find out what stage your house sign is at. If your order is not yet cast, please contact our customer service team via email and request for your order to be cancelled, and we will be able to see if this is possible for you. However, if your order has already been cast, we are afraid to say that it would be too late for any cancellations.

Once dispatched, deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class or DPD Courier. Deliveries can take 2 to 3 working days to arrive after the dispatch date and are delivered between 8 am - 9 pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

It is completely natural for the surface to not be entirely smooth. The surface texture can vary slightly due the production method used to create these unique plaques. The finish may therefore vary in colour, tone and surface texture, which adds character to the hand-crafted plaques.

If you can't find what you're looking for, please feel free to contact our customer service team via email to ask for a bespoke quote. Absolutely! To make our signs, we use a tough and durable resin, resulting in a sign that will not rust or degrade and is also completely weatherproof. Once the sign is cast in the resin, it is hand painted to a very high standard by our talented artists using permanent acrylic colours. All of the letters and numbers are also hand finished in a professional paint, which is then sealed.

All of the example signs shown on our website are house signs that have been previously made by us. As they are all different, we may not be able to tell exactly which size was used for the example image.

You'll be pleased to know that all holes are drilled here at the Village Green Signs workshop, and every house sign is supplied with black fixings. So you don't need to worry about any of that! If your item has arrived with any of this missing, please contact our customer service team via email and we'd happy to resolve this straight away for you.

If you find that your sign has got a little dirty from the weather, for example, a simple wipe or some water should be all it takes to get your sign looking sparkling again.

Our signs are not currently guaranteed. However, the resin is such a tough and durable material; we can assure you that this will not rust or degrade.

We currently only accept credit/debit cards for payment on the website.

As standard, we do not supply a mock-up of every house sign before it goes into production but always ensure that it is made to your specific requirements. If there any issues with what has been requested, we will always get in touch with you to let you know and advise how we can proceed. However, if you would like a mock-up provided before creation, please put this request into the 'special requirements' box when ordering your house sign and we'd be happy to send this over for you.
